I feel Leroy's is the best. As I told one person I will not take my car any other place unless out of state in an emergency.

This was the best experience I have ever had concerning car repair. The work was done in the time they quoted and they kept me updated all the time. The biggest and ( as far as I am concerned) best thing was the business offered a ride to and from my workplace via LYFT...that was a total surprise....Thank you doesn't cover my appreciation...but I will tell my friends of their service.

They have provided excellent service on my 2 vehicles and I trust them!

LeRoys has my '95 , F-150 running like new. They always provide photos and explanations of what needs to be done. They get busy and can't always do repairs right away, but they are worth the wait .

Yay!!! I found my forever mechanics at Leroy’s auto and truck care! They’re awesome and love the customer service provided to me!! They’re doing fluid changes this Friday last week they checked and did an inspection on my truck and they did what they said they were gonna do find the issues and provide a breakdown to fix it. Jimmy knows I have financial issues and prior to going to Leroy‘s. I was seeing a Mobile Mechanic thinking that it would be best to go the cheapest route but I was wrong. I understand now I have to pay a little bit more but now I’m paying more for peace of mind and the customer service at Leroy’s Jimmy and Troy are awesome. I would highly suggest going with them if you have any automotive issues or diesel issues. Jimmy broke down What I needed to be fixed and provided pictures and when the detail what needs to be done ranking them on how important what needs to get fixed Friday will be my second Time I visit and hopefully whenever I have issues will make sure I go with them From now on!! This little bit is for Troy and I hear it goes “Pappy Power!!” 🤣😂

These guys are rock solid. No messing around or guessing at fixes. They inspected my rig, rated potential problems they saw by severity/safety. No pushing fixes. Pricing was very fair and the work was spot on! They want long term customers, and they’ve won me over. My truck’s ride is so much better now, and I learned some tricks to keep the suspension and tires rolling trouble free in the future. I highly recommend Leroy’s shop!

I have been a customer of LeRoy's for several years. I have always received excellent, honest service from them. Their fees are fair and appropriate and I'm never pushed to have an expensive repair that can't be proven. When spotting an issue, they provide photos to show the problem. In addition, if they can't do the work (for example when a warranty issue is in question), they will let me know and never charge me for evaluating the issue. This has happened several times.

Had my 2017 challenger overheat with a bad water pump. I knew it was. Brought it to them on Monday had the car back on Friday wasn't my daily driver. They also made me aware that they were busy until Wednesday minimum. They do a full Maintenance check. Diagnosed my issues. Told me what was actually wrong and told me what could be an issue very soon and what can be done later on down the road. Jimmy was amazing to deal with. Easy conversation. Didn't force anything on me. I chose what I wanted to replace for precautionary measures. The Did a water pump. Complete new Hoses for the cooling system as mine were showing wear/ soft hoses. Since the Drive belt was original had them throw one on and a new thermostat. Car runs flawless and better than before. I had sticker shock right away as pricing for mechanics is wild to me. I run a business and can appreciate the hard work and communication. I 100% recommend Leroys. Will use again in the future if need be.

Very knowledgeable! Fair price. Friendly! The final price came back less than original quote because it didn't need a part that looked bad from the outside but was fine so they didn't go ahead and charge me like your average garage would. That's called integrity and doing the right thing 👏 this is a outstanding place to take your car for repairs! O ya, they did the most professional quote I have ever had with pictures of my cars parts and places that needed attention and that was free! Lyft to and from my house, free! Times are tough these days. New cars are very expensive! Having a trustworthy garage is invaluable! Definitely recommend!

I had my front & rear brakes replaced at the beginning of July & so far they’ve been great. No squeaking, no issues, and I can genuinely tell they’re high-quality every time I drive. From the beginning I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me on what my car needed without making me feel pressured or dumb for asking questions. The work was done professionally & I feel confident that my car was in good hands! Considering the quality of the work and the warranty, I feel like the money was well spent. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back for future repairs! Thank you to everyone at the shop for the great service 😊

I was very happy with the work Leroy's did to my 08 Silverado. They gave me a thorough estimate on not only the immediate work but the work that needs to be down the road. Leroy’s is an amazing shop! I’ve had my truck repaired and serviced by them and they do a great job! They take the time to discuss what’s going on, give a detailed estimate and get the work done quickly! I highly recommend them!

I really don’t know where to start with this other than the fact that I selected them because of their 4.8 star rating. I brought my LS400 in there because the airbags in the front were not holding air and I had a slight coolant leak. They had the car the entire day and all they put together was list on a bunch of items that I did not request. Their estimates were out of touch with reality, and I decided not to have them do anything except an oil change. They needed the car an additional day and when I picked it up in the afternoon, they did even have the oil change done. I walked out of there and they did nothing to my car a diagnosis of the coolant system and a diagnosis of the leaking airbags. They charge me $386 and they didn’t diagnose and find an issue at all with the airbags found hoses needed to be replaced in the coolant system. They indicated to me to keep an eye on the airbags. When I went to get my car, the airbags were completely deflated and I was very irritated that nothing got done. I definitely would not Recommend this place. I’m not sure how they got their high ratings.

Very good first impression when I went to have them check out my truck. Certainly will use them again!

We have been taking our 2016 Hybrid Toyata Rav4 to Leroy's Auto since 2019 and we have been extremely happy with their service. They always explain the problems and give us options for solving them, they are not quick to push you into high expense repairs. We trust them completely, they have highly skilled mechanics and Lorenzo is wonderful at the front desk offering clear explanations of repairs and heads up on issues that are coming but haven't risen to the repair stage yet. We recommend Leroy's to anyone we know!

I took my truck here for repairs, they supposedly replaced my brake pads & drums due to pads being thin & drums making squeaky noises. They replaced it, a couple of days later I noticed the squeaky sound again but this time it sounded like metal On metal . I called to make an appointment to take it back , I spoke with a guy named Troy, who is very rude. They seem upset that I wanted to bring my truck back therefore I took it somewhere else for a second opinion, which was the best thing I could have done. Found out the parts they put in my vehicle were used . When I confronted them about it, they got really defensive, aggressive , and confrontational. I think this place has a problem with women or they don't like women. They refuse to refund me my money. I told him I was going to write a bad review on them and they said that they don't care they'll just deny everything and pretend like they never worked on my truck. I have the receipts so I can prove they have. I had to pay another mechanic to do the job. I'll be reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau."
