I have been a customer of LeRoy's for several years. I have always received excellent, honest service from them. Their fees are fair and appropriate and I'm never pushed to have an expensive repair that can't be proven. When spotting an issue, they provide photos to show the problem. In addition, if they can't do the work (for example when a warranty issue is in question), they will let me know and never charge me for evaluating the issue. This has happened several times.

I highly recommend this shop. They are honest, fair prices, do a thorough job of explaining problems and do the work in a timely manner. I won't take my truck anywhere else now but to Leroy's

Leroy’s is an amazing shop! I’ve had my truck repaired and serviced by them and they do a great job! They take the time to discuss what’s going on, give a detailed estimate and get the work done quickly! I highly recommend them!

I really don’t know where to start with this other than the fact that I selected them because of their 4.8 star rating. I brought my LS400 in there because the airbags in the front were not holding air and I had a slight coolant leak. They had the car the entire day and all they put together was list on a bunch of items that I did not request. Their estimates were out of touch with reality, and I decided not to have them do anything except an oil change. They needed the car an additional day and when I picked it up in the afternoon, they did even have the oil change done. I walked out of there and they did nothing to my car a diagnosis of the coolant system and a diagnosis of the leaking airbags. They charge me $386 and they didn’t diagnose and find an issue at all with the airbags found hoses needed to be replaced in the coolant system. They indicated to me to keep an eye on the airbags. When I went to get my car, the airbags were completely deflated and I was very irritated that nothing got done. I definitely would not Recommend this place. I’m not sure how they got their high ratings.

Very good first impression when I went to have them check out my truck. Certainly will use them again!

Best and most honest service company around!!

We have been taking our 2016 Hybrid Toyata Rav4 to Leroy's Auto since 2019 and we have been extremely happy with their service. They always explain the problems and give us options for solving them, they are not quick to push you into high expense repairs. We trust them completely, they have highly skilled mechanics and Lorenzo is wonderful at the front desk offering clear explanations of repairs and heads up on issues that are coming but haven't risen to the repair stage yet. We recommend Leroy's to anyone we know!

I took my truck here for repairs, they supposedly replaced my brake pads & drums due to pads being thin & drums making squeaky noises. They replaced it, a couple of days later I noticed the squeaky sound again but this time it sounded like metal On metal . I called to make an appointment to take it back , I spoke with a guy named Troy, who is very rude. They seem upset that I wanted to bring my truck back therefore I took it somewhere else for a second opinion, which was the best thing I could have done. Found out the parts they put in my vehicle were used . When I confronted them about it, they got really defensive, aggressive , and confrontational. I think this place has a problem with women or they don't like women. They refuse to refund me my money. I told him I was going to write a bad review on them and they said that they don't care they'll just deny everything and pretend like they never worked on my truck. I have the receipts so I can prove they have. I had to pay another mechanic to do the job. I'll be reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau."

Thanks you guys!!! After the dealership quoted me too much, you guys did it for a lot less. My truck is working great. I will trust you anytime with any of my vehicles. If you can’t trust dealerships or any mechanic trust anyone at Leroy’s, they will be honest with you. I highly recommend them.

Leroy’s has always done a fantastic job with the work they’ve done on my truck, and been very informative about why it’s being done.

We love Leroy's! Any time we have any issues with our vehicles they are our first call. They take such good care of us each and every time. 5 star company no doubt!

My automobile has been in Leroy's shop many times and every time they have come through with the best quality of service and repair. They always do a complete check before releasing a full report of what's needed to be fixed and replace to get me back on the road. Lorenzon is knowledgeable, kind and courteous at the front desk and gives updates immediately. One of the best auto repair shops in Surprise.

The service was excellent and the experience was friendly

Leroy's is so wonderful. They are so very helpful and both times were able to fix my car. I applied for snap to be able to afford the repair and it was definitely worth it. Even if I pay more in the end, having to pay small increments instead of the full amount is better than having no vehicle.

Leroy's is 'my shop' for our GMC Sierra 2500 diesel pickup. Found Leroy's earlier this year after the mechanic I used closed his shop. In between the old shop and Leroy's a different mechanic was used once which I wasn't comfortable with, repairing a damaged transmission line and other basic maintenance. Fast forward six months, after having a good experience with my first visit to Leroy's, the truck is leaking transmission fluid all over the driveway. Got it to Leroy's, they found the issue right away and asked if it had been worked on recently as the failed line 'looked new'. After sharing the receipt from the other (Napa) shop they took it on themselves to warranty the work and replace the hose, costing my nearly nothing. The level of service in their shop and mechanic experience is outstanding, we won't be going anywhere else.

Needed truck asap. They fixed quicker and less expensive than originally quoted.

I took my car in for an oil change and they also gave my car an inspection. All that took an hour and half - I waited in their lobby.

These people are crooks beware before using their services. They ripped of a friends 82 year old mother on her AC repair. Charged her $1000 and her AC still doesn’t work. So my friend took his car to these folks awhile back not knowing his mother would use them, and they completely destroyed his car. He was able to get the money back through his bank . He is a Veteran and not really one to put reviews in. But he was just scrolling through the reviews and seen how these guys try so hard to clean up their mess with the bad reviews that makes their company look bad claiming he’s a veteran and donates to veteran organizations but clearly screws them over veterans.. he had to write a review because the smokescreen that this dude put up to was pathetic. Screwing over veterans screwing over the elderly, but they want to portray themselves as saints and clean up their mess.. I know for a fact those negative reviews are accurate because they happened to him with this company. They apologize for them having the wrong information that review was pretty clear and it stated that there was no work done at Leroys because I went to go get a second opinion . This guy doesn’t sound too intelligent or maybe doesn’t read the reviews thoroughly. So beware before using this company. They do crappy work and they don’t fix your vehicles they just make it worse!!!!

They’re the most honest shop I’ve been to in the whole valley. I’ve seen probably 8 different mechanics over the past 3 years in town and these guys are by far the best and fairest. They will do honest work and have integrity in what they do.

Great service and knowledgeable staff!

These people are crooks. They rip off and screw elderly people . Take advantage of the elderly straight cowards. I seen other reviews where people complained or left bad review due to their experience with these fools & the owner responds back trying their hardest to cover up their tracks & wrongdoings not to mention they will try to flip it on the reviewers like it’s their fault the company is incompetent, foul, & dishonest. They are very dishonest & liars.

Took my vehicle here for the first time and it was a great experience. Service guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The entire office had a very calm vibe! Got my oil change and some recommendations for future services that are coming up so that I won’t be surprised. Will definitely be going back!

I enjoy going to Leroy’s for all of my car needs when I take my car in I tell them what I think I need. If that’s not what’s needed, they discuss with me what they found and let me know how much it would cost before proceeding to do the repairs, they also go one step further they checked my vehicle for any other concerns and explain why it is needed. No pressure ever. Thank you for being the professionals with integrity..
